very suddenly and randomly I am having an issue where I am unable to find my TNAS (F2-210) anymore. i've tried using the TOS web browser by going to my TNAS's IP address. tried using the folder I have in my TNAS that I have pinned to my windows (11) file explorer and tries using the TNAS PC app itself. none are able to reach my TNAS. I have tried unplugging all the network cables. My TNAS and my PC are on the same network, both are hardwired to my router. my Network type was set to public, but following the instructions I did change that to private. and still nothing
Oddly if I completely reset my TNAS, it will show up in the Web browser and in TNAS PC while it is initalizing, but afterwards will disappear again. The Initializing is also seeming to be very slow, much slower then it used to be
None of the indicator lights are showing any issues, all are green. Power green, LAN green, Drive 1 green and Drive 2 green. the light on my ethernet ports for both my router and my TNAS are showing it in operation. It simply cannot be the hard drive failing, because it was working perfectly yesterday, and as said above it does work for a little moment then inexpicably vanishes again
I have also checked the firewall restrictions for both my antivirus and general windows and both have an exception for TNAS PC. so that can not be it either.

Forgot to mention I use the TNAS to run my media server. and often also access the media server from my phone and my TV, neither of those are able to access the TNAS and my media server either

It looks like the system is not working correctly for some reason. But based on the information available, we can't directly determine the exact cause of the problem.
Does restarting the F2-210 do anything?
If a reboot doesn't help, try to start the F2-210 without any disk installed. If you can find it through the TNAS PC in this case, it means that the system is indeed running incorrectly or is damaged. At this point you may want to consider reinstalling TOS following the instructions on the initialization page, which will reset any faulty or corrupted system files.

If i restart the F2-210 it will initialize and then be online and available for about 10-15 minutes then vanish again
Taking the drives out and restarting did seem to work. put the drives back in and it is installing TOS again now. will keep posted
