I have a problem with my TM D5 Thunderbolt 3: the power supply is interrupted at random intervals. Do I need to connect a new power supply or do I have a more serious problem? Does anyone know any advice on this?

Are you using an original power adapter?
Original power supply specification:12V,10A,120W
If you want a new power adapter, you can buy one with the same interface and specifications in your area.

Thank you for your response. Yes I am using the original power adapter. The question is whether this error pattern indicates a faulty power adapter, or whether the cause could be something else.

Are you sure it's a random power interruption and not a disk interrupting the connection?
If it's just the disk dropping out, then other problems may be causing it. Please refer to the installation guide again to complete the installation.
If it is indeed a power switch issue, then basically we can only assume it is a power supply issue .

First I had the idea that there could be a problem with my harddrives (I initially noticed the issue because they dropped out of the system). But then I took a closer look and I realized, that there was a power failure. Ok, so my next step is a change of my adapter. Let‘s see if it can fix my problem.
