ssh conf reset

Hello there,

I recently got a F4-424 pro and it's really good.
I want a user with limited rights for advanced purposes (SSH access from another server)
But when I add this new user with AllowUsers in

Code: Select all

/etc/ssh/sshd_config
and reboot, the conf file is reset and my new user cannot log with ssh.
Worse, when I try

Code: Select all

service ssh_service reload
for apply my conf without reboot, the conf file is reset anyway AND the ssh is disabled and I had to enable it with TOS web GUI.

Is there any way for advanced users to override that kind of security ?

Thanks :)

Hi, which version of TOS are you using?
Currently, normal users in the “alluser” user group cannot log in to the terminal using SSH/Telnet.

Hi, thanks for your response

I'm on TOS 5.1.145 (last update so far)

Yes, TOS noticed me about only default admin can log with SSH.
I can't create a new user without the "alluser" group.

But I need a ssh user who doesn't have admin access.

Please compare the md5 value of the package you have downloaded with the one on the official website, if it is not consistent, please download it again.
If the downloaded package still can't be successfully used for updating, please contact the customer service window of the official website or the technical support e-mail, we can arrange engineers to help you troubleshoot remotely.
