I keep getting “This operation can’t be completed because you don’t have permission to access some of the items” errors

Hi everyone,
Brand new F2-423, two 20tb brand new IronWolf Pro drives, fresh set up using TRAID option.
Every time I drag and drop folders from Mac OSX (Sonoma 14.5) I end up getting this error, sometimes straight away sometimes while transferring.
Single files work no problem. It seems to be when transferring folders with folders in them as best as I can tell - but haven't tested with one folder with a lot of files in it so might happen there as well not sure.
Any ideas?
