CPU consistently Nailed 100% most of the time
System reporting slow and sluggish while only using File Manager.
Nothing else running except TerraSync in the background but not actually syncing at this time.

Have tried rebooting system no improvment
F5-221 with TOS 5.1.95-00372 installed

Coming up to a month without an answer.
