iOS: failure in uploading movies via Backup

Hello,

I am reaching out, as I’m not able to completely back up my entire iOS video and picture library to my TNAS using the latest version of TNAS Mobile 3. I have about 27,000 pieces of videos and photos, and it appears that it begins failing once the app start attempting to upload videos.

I have attempted to remove the directory and completely back up again, I have gone into the failed folder and even tried to refresh the items. Nothing is working so far. There are a high amount of failures with a code of -2004. I am not attempting to upload these files using remote access, I am currently on my local area network.

One thing that I found is when the backup part in TOS Mobile 3 hangs on a file, the single file will actually becomes uploaded or skipped if I switched to a different application on my phone and then back to TOS mobile

Is there anyone that is able to help me determine why this is happening, and how to remedy this situation? Thank you.

Hello, to accurately identify the issue, we need you to provide the TOS version number. Additionally, please send the mobile log file to our technical support email: support_cn(at)terra-master.com (please replace "at" with "@").
Method to obtain the mobile log file: The TnasUploadFile log file located in the directory: My iPhone/TNAS mobile 3/Log/.

Could you please just post a list of common possibilities that could cause "failure" to upload on a pad/iPhone device? I am having issues both with SMB and the IOS application with uploading.

Try checking your local network connection and consider reducing the backup batch size to see if that improves uploads.
