Connection interruption and broken LAN ports

In the new TNAS 2-423 - the connection constantly drops.
I start copying a file from the computer: 10-20GB comes in, and then the connection is lost.
Happens on any of the ports (by the way, port1, the second indicator is constantly blinking, port2 - the second indicator never lights up).
When system frozen, the LAN indicator on the front panel also blinks.
The system seems to be working, but there is no connection.
The only thing that helps is the reboot button.
Well, besides this, TNAS PC on Windows never finds the system, but on Mac it finds it normally.
I tried both on a 1GB switch and on a 2.5GB USB network adapter - it still breaks.
(by the way, I squeezed out a maximum of 180 Mb/s with just 2.5 connections).
Started with TOS 6
Rolled back to TOS 5.1
Added or removed RAM and SSD
May try Xpenology
Setting up is very difficult here for me // after Synology
So, how can I check if the network cards are faulty on the NAS or can I somehow solve it with TOS/software?
