Connection interruption and broken LAN ports

In the new TNAS 2-423 - the connection constantly drops.
I start copying a file from the computer: 10-20GB comes in, and then the connection is lost.
Happens on any of the ports (by the way, port1, the second indicator is constantly blinking, port2 - the second indicator never lights up).
When system frozen, the LAN indicator on the front panel also blinks.
The system seems to be working, but there is no connection.
The only thing that helps is the reboot button.

Well, besides this, TNAS PC on Windows never finds the system, but on Mac it finds it normally.

I tried both on a 1GB switch and on a 2.5GB USB network adapter - it still breaks.
(by the way, I squeezed out a maximum of 180 Mb/s with just 2.5 connections).

Started with TOS 6
Rolled back to TOS 5.1
Added or removed RAM and SSD
May try Xpenology

Setting up is very difficult here for me // after Synology

So, how can I check if the network cards are faulty on the NAS or can I somehow solve it with TOS/software?

Question about loss of connection when copying. It is recommended that you check to see if there is a RAID synchronization or other process running that is taking up a lot of space.
If RAID synchronization is running, it is recommended that you wait until it finishes before trying again.

Regarding the problem that the Windows TNAS PC client cannot search for TNAS, this should be a Windows setting problem, please refer to:

No. There is no RAID. No even HDD.
Two NVMe drives installed. As separate volumes.

Even when i watch movie via DLNA it breaks 3-4 times. Few times due to media indexation (why?). few times for no reason.

Tried both ports and two ethernet adapters: external USB 2.5G and interna 1G, both Realtek.

I am just curious if anybody gets same problem? how can i confirm that this is NAS LAN damaged or software issue?

Have you tried changing the network port of the NAS, connecting the network cable of the NAS, routers, switches and other devices? You can also try to connect the NAS and the computer directly, and see if there are still problems when transferring files?

If this issue occurs in both TOS5 and TOS6, it should not be caused by a system defect, and currently only you have reported such a situation.
please generate and download the log report in TOS > Technical Support > Report Issues, and then send it to our support mailbox or official customer service window for inspection. This may allow us to better understand the cause of the problem.

could it be additional RAM fault к NVMe?
i ll try to take out both. and install system on HDD.

original idea was to use NVMe though to start the system.
btw LAN2 send indicator never blinks, either disconnected or overall LAN defect

There is also the possibility of NVMe or memory failure or incompatibility. It's worth a try.
