F5-221 crashes / disconnects

Hi all,
I recently received an F5-221 as replacement for the F4-220 I had that broke, but I'm having issues with this one too.
The device seemed to work without issue at first, but after approximately 20-30 minutes the device becomes inaccessible from the network. When it happens, all hard drive lights stop blinking (they usually stay on), the LAN light will keep blinking but slowly. The hard drives stop making a sound but the fan stays on.
When trying to connect to the NAS, it just says "connection timed out". It also does not respond to ping. The only thing that helps is to shut down the NAS by holding the button and restart, but it will happen again after 20-30 minutes.
Nothing specific seems to trigger it, I've had it happen when watching a movie on the network share, but also when doing nothing or when configuring the machine. I've had the issue since we first got it, it hasn't worked normally. I should mention, the hard drives are 4x4TB Seagate Ironwolf in RAID5 and they came from our broken F4-220. I tried updating the TOS to 4.1.27 but it didn't seem to have any effect.
It's similar to this issue: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=537
Should I have reinstalled the drives when migrating? How can I do this without losing my data?
