Plex install fails

Just setup a brand new F4-424, TOS 5.1.131-00123. Got 4 500G drives running just to test things. Getting some bigger drives soon and I'll reinstall. Thought I'd install Plex just to run through the setup and config once. But the app won't install.

I go to the App Center, search for Plex which finds 1.40. Click the install button and it starts trying to download but after about 30 seconds I get "Operation Failed".

I've done almost nothing to configure this system away from default so I have no idea what might be wrong.

Looks like it's not a plex issue, anything I try to install from the App Center fails. I've tried to install a few other things and it looks like I can't install any apps at the moment.

Before installation, you can check whether the installation path in the settings of the app center is displayed normally, then go to the control panel to check if the corresponding volume is normal, and also check if your public network is normal. If you cannot install by modifying the installation location, you can try manual installation first: https://dl.terra-master.com/cn/APP5.1_X ... 4_TOS5.tpk

Think I'm gonna do sort of an end-run around this problem. Got Alma Linux installed and installing/configuring what I need in that environment. The TOS just wasn't letting me do the things I'd like.

Sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean. Our laboratory has verified that there is no such issue.

Please go to Control Panel - Volumes to check if a volume has been created.

This may be because you did not have the correct installation path, which prevented you from installing the application properly.
