OneDrive sync failing
Posted: 06 Jun 2024, 15:32
I've got a F2-210 with the latest OS. I have three OneDrive syncs set up - all using the same connection to the same account. One for music, one for home video, one for photographs.
I've realised that quite often, the sync isn't working. I added some music a few days ago, but the logs show the last attempt to sync anything was back in April.
So, as I've had to do a few times before, I've deleted the tasks, deleted the connection, cleared my browser cache and set them up again.
Or at least, tried to set them up again. After adding the first two sync tasks, when I try and set up the third one, I can't select the cloud directory folder. The only option I see is "Root Folder". And on the Overview screen, although it shows as Connected, the storage space doesn't show any information other than dashes. And, of course, other than an initial few seconds of disk activity, nothing is syncing.
This isn't the only time this has happened, and judging by the information on Google, it's a pretty regular thing.
It's just another fault that gives me little faith in this NAS. Is anyone actively looking to fix these issues anymore?
