Hello,

I am having issues after adding content and updating Plex.

1. I add content to my Plex folder.
2. I run a scan of library files.
3. The Plex activity icon spins for a second and then nothing.
4. There is no added content.
5. I then have to go into TOS.
6.Then into the media User group and change the permission for my Terramaster Share folder from Read/Write to read only and then back again.
7. I then have to do this all over when ever I add content.

Ok I figured it out.

1. Go into my Shared folder.
2. Clicked edit.
3. Then in General I checked the Replace the permissions of all the subdirectories with the permissions of the folder. Then apply.

Plex is now updating properly.
