HDD not added to storage pool? F4-424

Hi,

I am trying to add a 4th HDD to a storage pool that is utilizing TRAID on my F4-424. Whenever I add it I get the message that the configuration has been saved, but when I check the storage pool it only shows the original 3 drives.

I have checked (drive is good) and wiped the HDD on my computer. I have quadruple checked the drive is seated correctly in the NAS. The drive (along with the other 4) are on the compatibility list.

Is there something I am missing and is there anything else I can try?

1. Remove the hard drive that cannot be added or repaired;
2. Restart the TOS system;
3. Then format the hard drive elsewhere;
4. Insert the hard drive and wait 5 minutes before proceeding. Pay attention to the hard disk capacity to be sufficient
