New device, same storage

I have an issue where my F5-220 completely died. No lights, no startup, etc.. With investigation online it is most likely the motherboard which has failed, (The item was purchased in 2018). (Any other solutions appreciated to replacemnet also).

I want to buy a new Terramaster system and load my existing drives (2 drives, mirror setup) into it as I use it for plex.

My question is what models will allow me to load my existing drives straight into a new model without losing my data on the drives? Does it need to be like for like as in F5-220 upgraded to newest F5 model or can I use a 2 bay model instead as the F5 model is probably more than I need.

You can choose TNAS of the T series, which can provide you with more hard disk space. If you want to use the original disk and data directly on the new device, you need to manually reinstall TOS4.

Note
Please back up your data before installation.
If you are prompted to delete/format during the installation, it means that there is an abnormality in the storage. You should stop the installation and contact us for processing.
