Hi there, owner of a F4-424 pro with TOS 6.
I've been able to use it (on local IP and web) for a week with no issues, but in the last 12 hours i can't access it anymore (404 error when connecting online, no response when connecting to local IP).
The TNAS is seen on TNAS PC, but i can't login even there, getting a wrong user/pwd message. All LEDs are green.
Any idea on how to get it back?

I see that you are already inquiring about Hyper Cache related issues. So now this issue has been resolved?

I didn't have the time to activate Hyper Cache, the NAS has gone before trying what you suggested.
Anyway, considering that i didn't do anything special when it stopped working (except downloading few torrents) i don't really think it should be related to an "unusual" RAID activity.
I'm in contact with your support, hope they will fix the issue asap.
