Hello and happy Easter

I have just purchased an F2-212 equipped with 2 4TB disks in RAID 0 mode (need for storage)
the installation went relatively well - their explanations are not always obvious -

The downside is remote access - no way to connect remotely
I created a TNAS user and ID

TNAS.online/XXXXXX always gives me the same message:

Access attempt failed. TNAS is not online

I have the same problem with the TNAS mobile app
I tried lots of things to no avail

Does anyone have an idea?
For information, I am behind a Bouyges 4G box - could the problem come from there?

Thanx for your responce i've finally found the problem. I've to put server on global and not in Europe . Europe server don't work here
