DLNA/Multimedia server not showing up on network

Post by givoltage »

Could someone help with my DLNA server issue on latest 5.1.123? I haven't been able to get the DLNA server to work on my network. SMB works fine. I have checked the following

1. Multimedia Server app is installed and enabled, set to the connected LAN interface on port 8200, low SSDP interval
2. The Port menu shows mediaindex listening on port 8200
3. Media index works in TOS settings
4. UPnP is enabled in TOS discovery settings
5. TNAS and other clients are on the same network
6. Other DLNA servers (my music streamer and another windows computer) show up on the network as expected. Only TNAS is missing

Any help is appreciated.

I've gone through those steps and not found any issue with my setup. Other functionalities in the article are working. I just need to get the DLNA server to work.
