u4-423 - not getting 2.5Gbps speeds

Using a Ubiquiti enterprise 24port poe switch all ports 2.5Gbps but my network card only shows 1Gbps max, is there a way to fix this?
May I ask where you saw "1Gbps"?
You can try another interface and observe the network card speed.
You can check if the wire meets the speed standards, ensure the use of original wire, or replace with CAT6 or higher standard wire.
The switch may have interfaces with different rates, please ensure that the correct rate interface is connected.
