Folder stucture

Hey folks, what's everyone folder stucture look like?
I am struggling with digital clean up.
For one, apps like Terra Photos FORCE me to move my photo to the dedicated Photos app (changing the permissions on the desired folder location does not work). Second, both Docker and TOS apps create folders for containers and app data (Plex for example).
How would you advice I manage my folders in a way where I can put both app and docker into one folder like APPs folder? (that folder will then have a separate folder for each docker and TOS apps).
