ok. can i create 2 raids 2 for hdd1 and 2(first raid 2) and for hdd 3 and 4(second raid 2) and for single hdd 5 raid JBOD or something?

RAID1 is not used in this way.
If you want to make all the disks into one RAID while making two disks redundant，you can consider RAID10.
