Based on existing information, it is not possible to identify or speculate on the cause of the problem.
Have you updated from TOS 5.123 or higher to TOS 6.0beta according to the requirements of TOS 6.0beta?
I suggest you contact technical support or customer service on the official website homepage to troubleshoot the issue.

Just updated (praying to all the saints in Heaven) my F2-221.
The NAS updated successfully, rebooted and is currently reachable both via the new Windows application and via TOS Desktop.

I sincerely hope that everything continues like this...

Thats is because the version that was causing all the problems was 6.0.202 and the current version is 6.0.217,
Mine updated fine with the new version yet major problems with the old.

Hello, unfortunately I still have a login timeout but I have not set a log-out time.
I have enabled and disabled it again but there is a login timeout. As soon as I don't do something on the dashboard for a while, the login timeout occurs and I have to log in again.
I've already cleaned Firefox's cache. I have the same problem on Edge.
Use the current beta version 6.0.229

We have never observed similar issues on any TOS5/TOS6 versions. It is speculated that you may have used inappropriate update steps while using TOS5, thus leaving the problem to the current version.
You may consider reinstalling TOS5 and then updating to TOS6.

So, I did a complete reinstallation of 5.1.123. I then went from 5.1.123 to 6.0.217 to 6.0.229. I first made all the settings there, deactivated the timeout and had exactly the same error.

Just to confirm I have seen issues with auto-logout in TOS6. Even with the 'Stay logged in' check box filled in I have been logged out regardless of other settings. However, after latest update and setting very long delay in the auto-logout settings (24 hours) I have remained logged in for several hours, even after closing browser and reopening much later. (Not necessarily a good security feature, of course, but my test bench is protected ;) )
