My F4-423 showed a message that it was running sluggish and the CPU meter was at 99%. By the time I took a screenshot, the warning changed to running slow.
All that was going on with the TNAS, is I was updating my Plex media files. ie: detecting intros and credits.

As I am writing this, the status now says running normally, but the CPU usage meter is showing 99%.

Is this normal?

It's the next day now and the CPU is back down to virtually zero.

Please go to TOS>Control Panel>Resource Monitoring>Processes, sort and check what processes are consuming high CPU.
