SSH multiple password attempt locked out from SSH

Hello,

I tried to follow the instructurions from this page, but got stuck with trying to input my password. It would take me to the second step of prompting my password and give me this message:

Keyboard-interactive authentication prompts from server:
| Password:
End of keyboard-interactive prompts from server

But it would never accept input keyboard.

Thinking there was some visual issue, I proceeded to enter my password and it locked me out.

Putty gives me an error message of Network error: Connection refused

Going back to TOS clicking on Allow SSH no longer works after clicking on apply.

ANy advice?

Please inform us of the TNAS model and TOS version you are using.
From known cases, it is highly likely that this is an system error.
You can try restarting TOS, but if the problem persists, you can consider to reinstall TOS to fix the error:viewtopic.php?f=76&t=423
