User folder is missing in the file manager
User folder is missing in the file manager
My user folder is missing in the file manager. But it is still visible in the File manager app. And this folder is still visible through TNAS Mobile on Android. Backup photos still works on TNAS Mobile and saves to this folder without any problems. How can this folder be mounted back?

May I ask what is the TNAS model and TOS version you are using?
Are the "File Manager" and "File Manger app" you mentioned different? What are they specifically?
In TOS>Control Panel>Users>Advanced Settings, you can set whether the user directory is displayed or not.

I see the TOS>Control Panel>Users>Advanced Settings and checkbox appear user directory was switched off. I have switched on and userdirectory will appear.
