Can't add media libraries to Plex

I am using my F4-423 TNAS as the Plex server.
For some reason I can not point to my TV and Movies folders. I can navigate to where the media is kept, but I need to point one folder level lower.
Here are some screenshots. (I hope these display, if they don't I will need some tips on posting attachments)
1) Here is how the folders look in File Manager. My media is in DarrenSweeney - Main - MediaServer
2) Here is where I tell Plex to find my media
3) Here is as far as I can point. From here I should be able to see TV or Movies folders
I can view the media folders on my network via SMB. The issues seems to be in my TNAS somewhere.

The attachments all look broken to me, do they display for anyone?
Here it is again, but with links instead of attachments:

We will confirm the issue you have reported. What does the red box in the screenshot mean by "... [Back]"?

I was highlighting this section to show this is where I expected to see another level of folders (Movies folder and TV folder), but they did not display. All that was visible is "... [Back]".
I was able to navigate:
Main-> MediaServer only
I need to navigate to:
Main -> MediaServer -> Movies
Main -> MediaServer -> TV

Could this issue have anything to do with creating a new shared folder to store my media? I called it Main.

Please check and reset the permissions of the media user group. Give it read permission to the directory you want to index (including subdirectories).

I have my Movies folder and TV folder in a folder called Main, not Media.
I have checked the permissions to Main and it shows read/write

You are only shoeing USER permissions. @TMzethar is talking about GROUP permissions. There is a builtin GROUP called MEDIA. Allow MEDIA read permission in the folder structure. When granting permission in a higher level folder, there is a check box to allow same permissions in all folder hierarchy.

Thank you for pointing me in the correct direction.
I do see a folder called Media under User Group. When I select Media and click on Edit, I see it is already set to read/write. Are you suggesting I change this to Read only to fix this problem?
I don't understand how this will fix the subdirectories missing under Main.

Please try going to Control Panel>Shared Folder, edit Main, check "Replace the permissions of all subdirectories with the permissions of the folder " and confirm.
