When I open my Windows File Explorer the left pane under Network and in the centre, and under Computer it has never shown my 210 NAS. I have a F4-423 and it displays there from day one.

I asked a Terramaster chat support person about this and was told its not possible as the 210 is different architecture than the 423.

So I am double checking this information is correct.

If somone can give me a quick lesson on how to post screenshots, I will add one of my file explorer.

You can try enabling the UPuP Discovery service. See if you can resolve the problem.
Operations: Control Panel > Discovery Service > Enable the UPnP Discovery service

Thank you for the suggestion, I checked, and the UPnP Discover Service box is enabled.
