Access Denied SMB

Ok guys i have an F2-223 hooked up to a D4-300. There are 3 Storage Pools 1 and 2 are on The F2-223 Storage pool 3 is the D4-300. Each storage pool has exactly 1 volume each Volume 1, 2 , and 3. The Only user account is the Admin account. Each of those volumes has shared folders all of them giving the same read and write access to the account. The problem comes when i try to use SMB on windows 11 to access the shared folder on Volume3(storage pool 3). The windows file explorer prompts me to again enter my login details. Then tells me access is denied. All the other volumes and shared folder still work.

We will try to verify the situation you mentioned.
Considering the potential impact of SMB caching on Windows, you can try restarting Windows. If you have enabled the guest account, you can try disabling it.

We have confirmed the issue and are currently trying to resolve it.
Temporary solution: Please disconnect the network drive, delete the SMB credentials, and enter your account and password again to connect to the network drive.

Has this issue been resolved? I'm getting the exact same issue. I have no problem accessing the public folder using the same credentials, but cannot access my Plex folder.
