mysqli not found in Webserver?

I'm trying to make a simple web page with access to my Terramaster database and I get the error that mysqli is not available.
I have seen that there were problems with this months ago and I would like to know if it has been solved. A web server with a mariaDB server that cannot be accessed seems a bit useless.
