How to format a Raid 5 setup with the D5-300

I just got the D5-300 and added all 5 drives. I then used the Terramaster Raid Manager to set it up as Raid 5. Afterwards I needed to initialize/format the disk so it'd be usable. I didn't know what to select as far as a simple volume/spanned/striped. What option do I select to retain the raid 5 features? Sorry if this question sounds uneducated, ive never done this before.

On modern versions of Windows, it should be set to GPT partition system as a simple volume; spanned & striped would only be used if you were using Windows disk management, instead of the Terra-Master RAID Manager software, for initialization.
