File Renaming

It would be great if we had a local version of (something like) EasyTag that works with File Manager, to manage music file tags, and something similar for Terra Photos would be great too, to view/edit EXIF data. For both of these, a file renaming component using tag/EXIF data would be extremely helpful.
For instance, being able to rename music files by artist, alum, track number/name, etc or rename photos using date/time, location, etc.
A more simple bulk renamer might be handy too
