Is it possible to migrate from a F4-423 to an F4-424 pro

Post by CraftyClown »

Hi folks,

Just wondering if there's a relatively painless way to migrate from an F4-423 to an F4-424 pro?

Would a backed up system config transfer across the machines? I'm presuming not, but it would be great if it did :D

I really want to minimise the downtime for my system as I'm running multiple systems and services and I can't think of an east way to do it

any suggestions will be welcomed

Cheers

I also wonder the same thing. Did you find any possible method?

It is easy to transfer the disk (including the system) between these two models.
Please turn off the F4-423, remove the disks and put them into the F4-424 Pro, and then start the F4-424 Pro. The F4-424 Pro will continue to run the disks (including the system) from the F4-423.
