Terramaster D2-310 malfunction: Diagnosis?
My Terramaster D2-310 is malfunctioning, configured with Raid 1 and equipped with two 4TB drives. Upon startup, both HD lights illuminate orange, then turn off, leaving only the power light on. Windows explorer and Disk Management fail to recognize the drive. Ejecting one drive causes the corresponding light to flash red indefinitely. While occasionally successful, typically the drive exhibits the described behavior. How can I diagnose and resolve this issue, considering the relative newness of the 4TB drives?
Re: Terramaster D2-310 malfunction: Diagnosis?
We are currently unable to determine the issue based on the information you have provided.
We suggest that you first test the hard drive through the hard drive tools.
You can try using another hard drive or a new one to reinitialize on D2-210 and observe if it can be used normally.
