Hi,

I have a f4-220 and it has 2 folders that I copy to a 12 tb usb via mirror copy. Approx size is 10.9 tb when formatted etc. The usb drive is the same size as my raid 3, 6tb drives configured in raid 5. When I mirror everything I have approx 5.5 tb used on the usb drive. On my nas drive its showing less than 2 tb left so using around 9 tb. I copied a bunch of media over into a folder i call plex which is what i am using it for. How do i regain the space?

Are you trying to express that the files you use in 3 * 6T RAID5 are only 5.5 TB, but in reality, there is only 2TB of free space?
This may be related to the unique feature of the BTRFS file system - snapshots.
Regarding the files that have been captured, even if they are deleted, they still occupy space unless you delete the corresponding snapshot as well.
