Wants to initialize again

Hi there,
Purchased the F4-210 nas drive for a customer at work. I initialized the storage yesterday morning and spent over 24hrs copying his data to it over the LAN and I came to tidy it up this morning and the login kept bouncing me back to the login rather than bringing up the control panel.
I shut the device down and powered up again and now the TNAS program says its uninitialised and when I goto login it is asking me to setup storage again.
What do I do now? I cant afford the time to copy all the data again, how can i get it back to a useable state? I have tried browing the network share again and its all gone.
