F4-424 Pro not recognizing hard drives

Greetings,
My NAS F4-424 Pro SN: A1T4231200585 only recognizes one of four hard drives.
Ironwolf Pro 8 TB
Any thoughts?

Have you ever unplugged all hard drives during operation?
Please try restarting TNAS.
If the problem persists, please generate and download the log report in TOS > Technical Support > Report Issues, and then send it to us as a network disk sharing link for analysis.
You can send it to us through the customer service window on the official website or our technical support email.
