Hi,
My mobile app has recently been updated to version 3.2.31.
I now cannot connect to my server.
The server is running version 4.2.41-2203011629.
The server is an F4-210 and I understand I cannot update the software to a higher version such as V5.
I have tried adding server by IP and port number and by name etc.
Is access now not possible due to the F4-210 not being supported for V5?
In which case it's time to consider dumping the F4-210 for something else even though it's not that old.

You need to use TNAS mobile instead of TNAS mobile 3. The following is the download link：

Hello. I'm trying to install TNAS Mobile 3 from Google Play in my Samsung Galaxy A13 5G, but I get the following error: Your device is not compatible with this version. What is the problem? How can I install this App on my mobile.

I downloaded from here in the end,

Then mobile applications and used the QR code to download application.
Hopefully Android updates wont update it to v3 again.

Shame that the F4-210 is not getting any further updates and feel I've wated my money as I've not had it that long.

I am sorry to tell you that the F4-210 does not work with TNAS mobile 3.

Sorry, my NAS is the F2-223 model, I think it is compatible. What could be the problem why my mobile phone is not compatible with the App?

If you follow the link you posted, you have downloaded the wrong version I think. [Downloads section is separated by NAS model and then you have to find the item that matches nas model and (in this case) phone type.
