Hello I have issues with choosing global server stays stuck connecting to global server any help would be appreciated

The global server is temporarily unable to be used normally. Our laboratory is already optimizing it.

The GLOBAL server still does not work, in addition to having this nas model left by the hand of God, not even the TNAS MOBILE app works as it should, an update to the app is needed or better yet, make TNAS MOBILE 3 compatible with f2 210 and install TOS 5, greetings.
