Empty folder. Mobile issues

Win 11 pro, 16gb, n100
F4-210, LAN, 1 volume

About a month ago my TV folder stopped scanning anything new added.
Folders are Empty on Plex, full contents in TNAS and iOS app.

Mobile app has a very hard time with 4K, only works wifi and won't even download.

Every other folder works except my TV folder :(

You can go to the application center to restart the Plex application and see if it can solve the problem,
or it may be some unkown error in plex library files.
