MyBB Install from Applications

I am trying to install MyBB from the Applications store on my TNAS F4-210.
I have downloaded the application but when I run the configuration wizard I get as far as the Database Configuration screen and do not know what to do next. I can't find any instructions on how to install or configure a database for this. I assumed the wizard would do all that for me but obviously not.
Has anyone managed to install MyBB and get it running?
