Please help, I only want to connected may NAS with my URL domain name,

When I use my URL on the mobile browser, it displays my NAS (sans interface as on PC)
But the same URL address can't work when add it to TNAS MOBILE on android.

It functions flawlessly on my personal computer with any browser, both within and outside my local network.

Question:
Does TNAS MOBILE work only with TNAS.ONLINE service?
If so, how can we trust this TNAS.ONLINE gateway for personal DATA?

On any other NAS, (DSM, TrueNAs, OMV) i'ts working flawlessly, why its blocks on terramaster NAS?

Some firewall rules blocks access to the NAS via TNAS mobile if traffic does come from tnas.online?

What versions of TNAS mobile and TOS system are you using? What is the URL address you entered in TNAS mobile? Please take a screenshot for me to see.

Could you please switch to another mobile network and check if the CPU resources of the NAS are highly occupied. If they are, it may cause disconnection.

Nothing changed, changing another mobile network, CPU not changing from 1.76% to -+25% of charge,
Where can i get the more detailed logs ?
Firewall, detailed processes, system, ??
