Docker not running ('successful' then 'stopped')

Hi,

I'm trying to use Docker for the first time so not confident in what I'm doing here. But I have installed it through the desktop but the icon hasn't appeared, and it shows as 'Stopped'. When I start it up again, it says Successful, but then immediately says 'stopped' again. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it's the same.

I'm not sure if this error is related, but when I ssh in I get an error message:
"ERROR: ld.so: object '/etc/libsystem.so' from /etc/ld.so.preload cannot be preloaded (cannot open shared object file): ignored".

My TOS version is 4.2.41-2203011629
My docker version is 17.06.0
