If I did not get your wrong, you want to back up data on your USB drive to your TNAS, right?
To do this, you can install an app called "USB copy", follow the menu to create a backup task, that will be fine.

yes, fron the NAS to the USB-Drive.
I tested USB copy but have so much error Messages in the Nas that i don't know what to do now. The Software installed all the Folders but any files..
now I tried again but the Nas is only showing the Folder "public" and "appdata". But alle my files are on admin account but the USB copy Software doesn't schow me that admin folder

Hi, please be noted that the admin account is for storage of user configuration, please don’t store data in it. You can create a new folder to store your personal data. Appdata folder is used to store app configuration and app data, it can’t be deleted.

Did you change your http access port?
When you access your TOS via Chrome web browser but fails, please try add port after your IP address, for example //192,168.1.153:8181
