F4-423 inaccessible

Hi i’ve freshly installed my F4-423, with last TOS (3 days old ;) )
All was good, i’ve configured a RAID1 (with 2 disk 12TB)
Performed backups of iphone’s pictures, and ipad’s one … all sounded good :)
I’ve started yesterday evening, to transfer my PC pictures to NAS … the night passed , and his morning the NAS doesn’t answered anymore (only pings) but TOS https doesn’t answer

Any ideas ? I’ve tried to reload it (power off/on) … no way

I’ve just scanned tcp port, and ssh port (22 or 9222) is not open :(
Opened ports : 25, 110, 119, 143, 465, 563, 587, 993, 995, 5443, or 8181
On 5443 or 8181 (hhtps or http) i only get a answer : « TOS Loading please wait ….»

It is recommended that you try restarting the TNAS device: press the power button to shut it down and then turn it on again.

Is the hard drive indicator constantly flashing? Perhaps it's stuck in some synchronization process, you can try to wait for it to end.
If you have an HDMI monitor and keyboard, you can connect to TNAS to observe its output information.
