security consultant pop up

hi all,

as i have set up remote ssh from a server to the tnas ie adding the servers pub key to the authorized_keys, i can remote ssh in now from the server to the nas via ssh username@tnas_ip but now when i web gui in the tnas i get floods of security consultant ssh pop ups all the time and i cant do anything on the tnas now (i attach image below)

can i maybe disable the notifications via ssh?

What version of your TOS is it?

In the latest TOS5, you can limit notification in SSH settings.
But we note that your TNAS model is older and the storage structure may come from TOS4, so it may not be suitable for the latest TOS5. (Please refer to this for more information:viewtopic.php?f=28&t=4912)
If you are unable to update TOS, you may consider turning off "security consultant" in the TOS - message settings and control panel - notifications.

i have got the latest TOS so how do i update the ssh frequency to be lower please?

TOS > Control Panel > Terminal & SNMP > Telnet / SSH > Enable notification(Telnet/SSH) , Disable it so you will not receive login notifications from SSH/Telnet.
