NAS F4-220 not booting (All HDD lights are red)

Hi, suddenly my TNAS F4-220 is not booting and all four HDD lights are red and I am desperately in need to get to my data. Is there a fix available for this problem? Also, is it possible that I replace this device with a similar one (new one) and the hard drive will not be formatted and the data will be available in the new one? Thank you!

You can refer to this troubleshooting device status and take corresponding repair measures:

If you confirm that F4-220 cannot continue to be used, the newer x86 architecture TNAS model can inherit your hard drive. However, due to differences in startup methods, you will need to manually customize and reinstall the TOS version you previously used. It should be noted that if the reinstallation process prompts "delete/format", please do not continue and contact us for remote assistance.
