Infinite Loading

Hi, I turned off the NAS from the web page (it doesn't restart),
but the NAS restarted on its own and even now, after about a couple of hours,
there is the empty page with the words "LOADING".
The NAS is detected by TNAS PC, but it gives it to me as not initialized.
The NAS is an F4-210, I don't remember the exact TOS, but it is a 4.xx.
How can I solve it? Thank you.
Ah, the LEDs on the machine are working, just as you can hear the HDs working.
