D5-300C no longer automatically starts after power failure

Hi,
My D5-300c used to start up automatically after the power failed. It no longer does that. This is my second D5-300C. My first one had a PCB failure after about 3 years. Is there any way to reset the device so it starts back up after power fails? All my other devices restart (including the machine it's attached to). My new D6 starts up automatically.
