I am trying to uninstall Plex and Duple Backup apps.

The Duple one says it is uninstalled, until I reopen my browser and there it is again installed!

The Plex one sticks on 'uninstalling' for hours and nothing happens.

This is on my F5-221

What can I do to uninstall them??

It is recommended to restart the device and try uninstalling the app again.

I have restarted it about 5 times - same problem

What is the TOS verison？
Please generate and download the log report in TOS > Technical Support > Problem Report, and then send it to support(at)terra-master.com or customer service window on the right side of official website hompage as a network disk sharing link for analysis.
This allows us to better and faster judge the problem and come up with a solution.
