Suddenly can not access SMB storage from windows 11 or windows 10

I have no idea what is happening when I try to access SMB storage from any windows PC (File Explorer).

It gives me an error.
multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one username, are not allowed.

Any Idea how I get around this as I always use the same user account never mind what computer I am using and some days I may use 2.
never had this issue before

What is your TNAS model and TOS version uesd?
Do you see any relevant error messaged and what do they prompt?
