Terra Photos - Thumbnails generation hangs.

TNAS F4-223 TOS 5.1.79, Terra Photos 1.2.85 and TNAS Mobile 3.2.25
I rebuild photos index (over related directories) several times, but every time Terra Photos generation of thumbnails hangs at 84.33% and never finish.
I suspect the problem is also related to another issue and this is terribly slow photos thumbnails loading (preview) in TNAS Mobile application and Terra Photos in IE browser. Please can you help what the problem is?

You can send logs to our technical support team through the following methods:
Method 1:
1、Enable SSH and enter the backend through putty (how to log in ssh).
2、Enter the command:

cp -r /var/log/media.log /Volume1/public/

to copy the media.log file to the public directory.
3、Go to the public shared folder in file manager to find the media.log file, download it and send it to our technical support team.

Method 2:
1、Go to the TOS control panel's task schedule, create a custom plan, and execute the content as

2、Go to the public shared folder in file manager to find the media.log file, download it and send it to our technical support team.

Meanwhile I installed TNAS Mobile 3.2.31 on suggestion in TNAS Mobile application itself, but did not help much.
I use Plex Server and Plex (client) and I'm guite happy how its photo library works.
Anyway I would like to use TNAS Mobile application also, but I'm afraid it is bit lacking behind regarding media libraries.

A new version of the Terra Photos app will be released in the next few days, which addresses the issue of thumbnail generation interruption. Perhaps it can solve the problem you are encountering.

Please upgrade to the latest TOS and try again (currently TOS 5.1.95 viewtopic.php?f=28&t=5373). After upgrading the application, please rebuild the index. After indexing is completed, please wait for 3 minutes before refreshing the Terraphotos page.
