Cannot re-install NAS

I was having trouble with the Terramaster servers connecting to the Network so I followed the instructions given to reinstall the system. In one unit (F2-210) once I pass the initial Initialization page all I get is a blank page with the word TIPS at the bottom. On the other unit (F5-221) it doesn't go to the 'No Hard Drives Detected' page but goes to a page to put details in and I do not want to do that in case I lose my info. Could someone get back to me about this please?

I have managed to log in via Putty.

On the F2-201 I get an access denied - permission denied when trying to remove the php7-all.tar
On the F5-221 I get the message that there is no such file as the php7-all.tar. I then try to wget the file but it says there is no such command as wget.

I have done a cmd search on wget and it is installed on the computer.

Now at wits end as to how to get these NAS connected without losing any data

This repair guide is only applicable to F2-210/F4-210, and there is no such issue on F5-221.
You should start F2-210 when there is no hard drive, and execute these after successfully opening the initialization interface.
